Return and Refund Policy

Terms of return : Unsatisfactory products with physical factory defects or manufacturing performance are to be returned within 7 days of purchase, or necessary notification given to Nitram Frost Ltd within that time
State of return : Products are to be returned in same state as delivered to desired location or picked up from point of sale
Reason for return: A damaged or wrong product, from our end or service delays are current acceptable reasons for return or refund demands.
Process for return : this process shall be the exact reverse of the supply stage. Our technical representatives will retrieve installed products for replacement, overhaul, refurbishments or reimbursement
Process of refund : There is a 30 day legal and technical internal review for all refunds of services rendered, delayed supplies or products returned. This protects the buyer from losing deposits, and the company from being complicit in money laundering. Refunds shall be requested and agreed to in writing ( hard or electronically) by an executive director of the company. Reimbursement shall be done within day 14 - 45 after request, via cheque or bank transfers to same names that initiated payment. Nitram Frost Ltd reserves the right to disburse refunds on earlier dates prior to conclusion of internal review process.
